Guys its Namco , they always do this stuff.

The blame here sits mainly with Namco.

They put it out on 360 first, perhaps with incentives by MS, perhaps not, but in the end it was their choice.

They decided to bring it to PS3, probably seeking additional sales, and hit the Sony policy that late ports of previously exclusive games had to have new content. This is a fair enough policy IMHO to counter effect of timed exclusives.

In the end the key decision that caused this rests with Namco, not Sony or MS.

As you mention every time that the subject comes up.  Already been wrong about SO4 on that one, I'm looking forward to when you're proven wrong on this as well.

I thought I read the localization cast had been recalled for further work - seems to imply it'll come to states eventually.  TBH spendning more money to get it on PS3 and not bringing it to US / Europe would be pretty stupid.

it would be nice if 360 version of Tales of Vesperia would be released in my country finally. wonder if those things will be added to 360 version later as dlc - probably yes.

I doubt all the additional content will be added as dlc.
And ToV 360 was already released in Europe, what are you talking about?

Probably not. I'm pretty sure they commented at some point and said it wouldn't be coming to the 360 because it would be too much work and time to port everything over.
