Yes we get it Gran Turismo 5 is purty but so was GT HD and that was 3 years ago. A release date this year sure would be nice though however get the feeling it will be a 2010 title. Sure Gran Turismo is a big frachise and Yamauchi has the control at PD but damn Sony should tell the man to get over himself and release the damn game.

Cannot keep tweaking the game forever. :/

I honestly don't see much room for improvement in visuals next gen when I look at games like GT5, Alan Wake, Heavy Rain, Gears2, Forza3, AC2, etc.

Next gen, up the ram, cpu, and gpu but don't waste time trying to improve visuals on what's already seems perfect.

Take the visuals we have this year and in 2010. Get things running at 1080p+ native, 90fps with better anti-aliasing, and perhaps some better lighting and BAM!! Everything's perfect. Now you can have so much more time to concentrate on content.
