I love this game. Arguably the best new IP this gen. LittleBigPlanet tops it a bit, though.

yea I doubt it staying over 90% (on metacritic it's at 89) when all is said and done, but I totally enjoy the game no matter what kind of aggregate score it receives

It has a story, a strong co-op focus, and it does not have dungeon crawling in the traditional sense of the word.

Playing through the game, you know it's made by a Japanese company. It is not a WRPG.

It's neither a JRPG nor a WRPG. It's some crazy unique action-based RPG that is far and away in its own sub-genre. It differentiates itself from other RPGs in countless ways.

Trying to compare it to something else is rather futile, I've discovered through my many attempts to do so. It's a game that stands on its own.

It isn't a JRPG, it is a WRPG made in Japan.

The J and W don't state where the game was created, but what type of game is it, since JRPGs and WRPGs are very different.

most of them reviews are based off japan import.

when western release is made, they will have to re-review the game i think it will end up 90+ easy
