. . . can we get a proper remake and/or sequel of this ambitious but flawed gem of a game?

I've always been under the impression that, with the guidance and quality control of Epic Games, a sequel to this could be REALLY good.  I'm talking the jump from Street Fighter to Street Fighter II good.  Of course Majesco would have to let go of the rights (why are they still holding on to them again???), but who knows.  Disney bought Marvel, so anything can happen in the crazy world.

I always wanted to play Advent Rising, despite the mediocre reviews it got. If only it were compatible with the 360. But since BC offers no money to Microsoft anymore, it'll never happen. From what I read back where, this was a pretty ambitious project. It was supposed to be a trilogy, too, I think. I'd love to see the story told the right way.

Another game Trilogy that never was. I sure hope too human gets finished. There should be a law against making half finished games. Make 3 games THEN release them as trilogy.

I never read a series (book) if I know it is not finished yet anymore. I have been burned multiple times now (looking at you ... wheel of time ).
