Snake would own Sam Fisher, especially in Pandora tomorrow. Technically Snake is a civilian and not an enemy, so if Sam killed him, he'd be pulled out of the mission.

Snake is able to go through a rough time, he'll complete missions with broken bones or if his life is hanging by a thread, it doesn't matter.
Sam Fisher seems more athletic and weighs a solid 2 pounds more than Snake.
