Both are tied IMO.
PC has mods
PS360 have achievement/trophy
Sure PC has better graphics, but it dosent really help, infact it can hurt (see framerate)

From the outside, looking in, I have to say consoles. It's what they're specifically designed to do. PC games may push graphics, but can they compete with the diversity, reliability, durability, variety, and Mr. T of console gaming?
I'm not a PC gamer, aside from a few flash games. If there's a PC gamer, maybe they can enlighten me. My opinion is that the VERY BEST may be on PC's but the MOST fun will always be found on consoles.
Consoles.
Maybe it's just me, but every time I buy a new PC game I have to work around some kind of stupid issue.
I can't play Rainbow Six Vegas on maximum resolution because it makes the whole screen go black except the crosshair. Oblivion always crashes within 2 minutes of play. Same with Mass Effect. Gears of War wouldn't play at all until I set the date back on my PC.
I hate PC gaming >_>

PC's by far, if you have the patience and intellectual resources to keep tweaking and fixing lots of frustrating and time consuming stuff all the time.
Consoles (PS360 to be specific) no doubt
the console exclusives are some of the best gaming experiences you can ever get
It's kind of unfair to make this in PC Discussion- you won't get any console fans here except those, like me, who browse through Hot Topics.
I say console gaming. Even if it has become more complicated lately, with installs and such, buying a console will still give you a good 6 years of support without any modifications or upgrades. With a PC, you buy top of the line hardware, within six months it's average, within another six months, it's outdated.
@kantor
doesn#t everyone browse through hot topics, I have personally ON VERY few occasions ever gone into a specific console/company forum on VGC!
Theoretically I've 'gotta say PC.
A PC can equal anything a console can with respect to control: you want motion controllers, cameras for motion tracking, joystick, K&M, gamepad, etc. Few consoles can match this as well.
A PC can equal anything a console can visually, and can of course exceed it as normally a PC has access to more powerful tech
A PC can be played anywhere a console can - doesn't look so neat, but there's nothing stopping you hooking up your PC to your HD TV and playing the exact same game in a higher resolution
A PC is more easily extensible to support changing gaming experiences
For gaming, the only advantage a console has I can see is cost, size and ease of use - which are important considerations for sure (cost and ease of use clearly driving a hug element of consoles success) - but they don't affect the gaming experience much, they just make it more affordable.
To test this out I played Oblivion on my PS3, then attached my gaming PC to my HT TV - sure, it was a pain lugging it down, and it did look a bit bulky (and let's not go into the cost) but for pure gaming experience I was playing the same game, the controls where better and the visuals were superior plus I had access to mods, level editor, etc. So PC for me, from a pure gaming point of view, has to be superior - pity they're so big and damn expensive, eh?
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
Technically PC for some of the reasons mentioned above. My PC is hooked to the TV anyway, a controller is easy to find, games are cheaper.
In reality console because JRPGs for the pc are thin in the air.
