No, but I watched a few great quality videos on Gamersyde. They always have good quality videos there, like this (and that's streamed!!!). I didn't even stream the FFXIII ones.

And I know what my eyes saw from what I played. It didn't lag.

Geez... I should analyze all parts of the videos I watched and tell you exactly where it lagged once and for all. I'm sure your eyes are not as different as mine, and I've been PC gaming (at least trying to!) for a while so I know what it looks like when there's a drop in framerate. And I know you said it's probably the compression of the videos that made it look like that, but I'm more certain that the game DOES lag in specific parts in this area of the game. They've been showing many videos of this area of the game, and most recently gameplay videos, and on the gameplay videos on Gamersyde and even the official trailer the game lagged for a few seconds when the "saw monster" landed on the train for example. I hope you noticed that at least?

There are more obvious laggy parts for sure. Heck, even my friend said it was painful to watch (I agree with him).

Also, not all the battles ran smoothly. One easy thing to notice is that the fire effects were too "powerful."

Hmm, I'm not saying I have perfect eyes, but there some deliberate slow moments. (like the slow motion landing of the saw monster, Lightning unsheathing her sword, etc.

Nah, it's not slow-mo. That would be just silly.

*EDIT: By the way, it's not exactly when the saw monster lands, it's more when he tries to slice Lightning.
