Forums - Nintendo - So I got Scribblenauts...

After a couple more missions, I gotta say, the game's as awesome as everyone has been saying since E3. There can be a few minor annoyances with item placement and interaction, but other than that, it's simply brillant. I love that when you summon something, it does what it's supposed to do. So, I summoned an arsonist and he burned all the place to the ground (and got me a starite, in the meantime)

Yup, an awesome game

Damn, how many ppl on this site are pirates?

So far we have five people saying they have the game... and no one will tell us how they got it. Suspicious!

Seriously though, Scribblenauts is too awesome to pirate. This game needs our love (and money!).

I see no ethical problems with pre-ordering a game, downloading it before release, and then buying it once it comes out. Some people might, but personally I don't. Also, Scribblenauts tutorial is annoyingly long, but the game is amazing once you start playing. Took me the longest time to think of <spoiler>firefighters using wrenches</spoiler>.

I Just gave him an axe. I'm sure a hose or a ladder would've worked fine as well.

I'm stuck on this level where I have to bring two flowers to a lady involving a basket. I've brought the flowers and put them in the basket in front of her, put them in the basket then emptied the basket in front of her, placed the basket in front of her, the works. Nothing happens.

yep, a hose works fine.

aren't you stuck in the level they used as demonstration, with three flowers?

the words above were backed by NUCLEAR WEAPONS!

I see no third flower. =/

Make one then...

Former something....

hmm dunno if it's the same then, it's one where there's a bee (with a flower near it), a barracuda (I think so) in the water (with a flower in the bottom of the water) and a flower far in the other side. then you just have to put the flowers inside the basket. my solution was kinda funny, I grabbed the bee and jumped in the water with it, I think it killed the fish and drowned lol

I'm stuck in explosive 2-3 now, with two enemy guards that I cannot harm or I'll fail.

Ah.  I didn't see the flower in the water.  It was hidden behind the Kraken I summoned to scare off the pirahna.

I Just shot the bee (and beehive) and tossed a toaster in the water to finish off the pirahna.  I finally finished the level. :D
