Closing Comments:
The Mario & Luigi series has already established itself as a fantastic RPG franchise, and the third game does not disappoint. I have no problem classifying it as the best of the bunch, thanks to an excellent and appropriately surreal script, epic oversized battles, and the fact that Bowser is a playable character and gets most of the gameplay time. Let's hope that this is a jumping-off point for Bowser – this guy really needed a top-billing production!

9.5	Presentation It's almost as if the Mario & Luigi brand is a license to go surreal with the characters. The incredible voyage through Bowser is awesomely original.
9.0	Graphics The game sticks with 2D nearly 100 percent of the time, and it looks fantastic with awesome pixel art animations.
9.0	Sound The characters speak only at opportune times, but it's always hilarious. And the music is delightfully Mario.
9.5	Gameplay You play as Bowser for more than half the game. That should be enough. But this is easily one of the most fun and funny RPG series around, and Game Number 3 does not disappoint.
8.5	Lasting Appeal About 25 hours all the way through to the end, with a "gimmie" if you finish it with 100%.
