MGS4 the best sold 27k so far, so overall the sales are over 750k? Because Konami shipped 730k copies before best version.

PS3 software is terrible for the kind of HW numbers it put up. Besides the Gundam game, everybody must be buying "used" games or something.

I'm curious to see what kind of drop it will have next week.
DS should have some interesting numbers as well HW and SW as the release of the new pokemon remakes come out this Saturday which will be included in next weeks numbers.

LOL Wii owned, its pathetic third-party games and sales and Nintendo's general milkage of the region will be soon be blown over the PS3. Cant wait to see a front-page article saying how the Wii and Nintendo are greatest and 150k sold is nothing!

On the other hand, 360 did suprisingly well in a week where the PS3 blitz.

And I think it's the biggest ratio PS3 got in favour over the Wii, 9:1.

It seems that Nintendo isn't concerned at all that PS3 might start outselling Wii on a weekly basis, they seem to be standing still and unable to move, as if their lives were in risk if they tried to make the situation better. Really unbelievable.


I think we have a few people on this site that might have to eat crow in the next 4 months :P

Now Japan Wii sales are going to rely solely on NSMB Wii because I honestly don't expect Wii Fit+ to have a different effect on sales than WSR did.....

Only NSMB? Are you forgetting, I don't know, a lot of third party games which will cause some good short term boosts?

As for PS3 SW, either a lot of PS3 owners just upgraded and/or a lot of used games were bought.

Well, we saw a few older games get slight boost in the VGC Japanese charts. Lots of older games went up 500-1k units. Being that these are older releases, it's surprising to see any of those copies being new.

Soriku i dont know why you even try, let the numbers talk the next few months. And Testres, u always seem very worked up, i'm sure Nintendo are working on something, they have 20 yrs of experience in the gaming business, more than anyone of us do
