I love how many people are bitching about number 1, the top three all good choices and should be left alone.
Also I can't blame them for not being into Halo ODST since .....who am I kidding even I would put that on the list and I never buy halo in the first year.

The only one I would buy is Forza 3... but I am not buying an X360 for it so meh.
Rockband has been already released and it's STILL summer (on the northern side of course)
And I would definitely not list Brütal Legend. Assassin's Creed 2 would be the obvious choice.
(Halo 3 ODST is also a summer title btw.)

Ha! Pretty much my sentiment too. Solid list though. And although I think ODST will be great for what it offers, it looks like a small game, padded with content most 360 owners already have. "Halo 3 ODST: Still half a game, now full price!"
