Modern Warfare 2 combined sales on all platforms will outsell New Super Marios Bros Wii.
Where is Halo 3:ODST? That game will outsell most of the games in that top 10 list.

LOL same question i was gonna ask....this list is the top 10 must buy games of fall not top 10 best selling game of fall 2009.

Anyway the article has left a lot of the best games out. Checks the source of the article never heard of that site before.
No Halo 3:ODST = instant fail.

I must buy one of those games.

The others... not so much.

New super mario bros wii isn't a rehash, it's got new levels and 4 player mode is a new thing for the mario bros series.

Their reason for mario at #1 is that they think it'll outsell everything... and looking at sales of NSMB and of top wii sellers like MKWii, you need to be really biased to conclude otherwise.
Yes MW2 will sell 10M+ and maybe even 15M+, but NSMBWii is a sure shot at those 15M+ sales, not just a maybe.

Now, since sales is their reason for #1, there is no way in hell that Halo doesn't make this list...

So if a title is destined to sell well, it's automatically a MUST buy.

Yeah.  It'll probably outsell all of the other nine games put together. 

Why?  Because it'll be more fun than all nine of them put together.
