Their reason for mario at #1 is that they think it'll outsell everything... and looking at sales of NSMB and of top wii sellers like MKWii, you need to be really biased to conclude otherwise.
Yes MW2 will sell 10M+ and maybe even 15M+, but NSMBWii is a sure shot at those 15M+ sales, not just a maybe.
Now, since sales is their reason for #1, there is no way in hell that Halo doesn't make this list...
