Star Wars Conversion for Call of Duty 4 PC: Movies and Screens

If you've ever craved a Star Wars-based shooter that runs at 60 frames-per-second and feels like Infinity Ward's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare then blackMonkeys has got you covered.

The German mod outfit has released new images and movies from its upcoming "Galactic Warfare" total conversion which takes Call of Duty 4's engine and plonks it down firmly in the Star Wars universe.

Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling alerted followers to the new modification via his Twitter feed.

The mod is gonna be free (of course) however has anyone played Battlefront 2? I have it but it's so hard to find a real big game nowadays. I guess making a mod for COD4 would be fine and capture the feel pretty well COD4 basically copied the Batlefield gametype, which Battlefront copies perfectly well as well.

The javascript does not appear in the window when I try to edit it so I have no idea what to fix, sorry.

Forgot to mention, this is for the PC only atm.

That's part of why I bought my PS2 was for Battlefront 1 & 2. This just looks awesome. Don't do PC gaming so I'm missing out there. But I would love to see LucasArts do something like this for all the concoles, and including the Wii too.

Probably best CoD-mod out there, but that doesn't say much cause the mod support for CoD games is weak.
Still waiting for a decent singleplayer mod....
