oh and easy for the first question, its the fact that its rendered only 1 car, gt5 will render twice as many with i think it was 15x the polygon count, the 360 looks good but in multithreading the ps3 is better

i definitely thank the 360 is capable of beautiful graphics bioshock is a much better example than this game, that being said this game won't hold a candle to gran turismo 5 it is the number one selling car racing franchise for a reason.

well, the 360 still can't do graphics like ps3...

i mean, GT5 is better looking than F3, we don't have a clear direct-feed of the game and GT5 already have better lightning,ray tracing, and a more realistic look...i'm not talking about those F3 screens because the F2 records proves that those screens are bullshoted TO THE MAX.

and there's kz2 (best looking game on consoles) uncharted:Drake's fortune (which is competing with the best looking game of the 360 (Gears 2), then you've Ratchet and clank games, Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2, bla bla bla.

the only title that i can be agree that could be the new best looking game for the 360 in the future it's Alan Wake.

ofc this all my opinion.

and one more thing, if some Crytek dev said that their engine is maxing out both platforms is not truth either, because THEIR engine is not optimized to work on both consoles.

SOMETHING THAT IS BETTER LOOKING TO THE EYE DOES NOT MEAN THAT THAT SYSTEM IS USING MORE POWER. THAT CONCLUSION IS SIMPLY FALSE AND  NOT LOGICAL

I didnt said PS3 is more powerfull than 360, this isnt a thread about which hardware is more powerfull, its about which system has best looking games and i said that i havent seen the game on 360 that looks better than U2 and KZ2.

And KZ2 and U2 are BETTER looking than any 360 game, thats not an opinnion its a FACT.

@ xenogears, never said the engine would max on both systems, lol oh no.... just run on both systems. none the less it should still turn a few really good games

This whole discussion is fanboy bait, but whatever the extra miligrams of performance that can be squeezed out of the cell with painstaking effort, I'll take slightly worse looking games at a more constant pace.

As an example, using the OP's screens, racing games: two forzas and we don't have a GT5 date yet. Gloating for five years on messageboards while being crippled to play a demo as a time filler? no thanks, I'll take a steady flow of games.

Same goes for shooters, it took them how many years and how many delays until KZ2 was released? Meanwhile Gears was ready to go one year after console launch.

But hey, I actually enjoy playing games instead of gloating over bullshots on forums.

So if i say Super Mario Galaxy looks better than Mario 64 i wold be saying my opinnion not a fact???

 

You have to be blind to think that U2 is better looking than any 360 game yet is an opinnion. ITS A FACT
