No it doesn't. The best lineup for 2010 is on the X360.

Alan Wake
Fable III
Halo: Reach

Nothing can touch that combo of pure gold.

The best lineup for 2010 is on the PS3.

Heavy Rain
God of War III
The Last Guardian

Nothing can touch that combo of pure gold.

See, you can do it for any console.

Halo Reach 94% Meta, 12 million copies >>> God of War III 89% Meta, 3.5 million copies
Alan Wake 93% Meta, 3 million copies  >>> The Last Guardian 92% Meta, 2.5 million copies
Fable III 90% Meta, 4 million copies >>> Heavy Rain 85% Meta, 1 million copies

Stomped.

HA.

God of War III 100% Meta >>> Halo Reach 24%

The Last Guardian 100% >>> Alan Wake 43%

Heavy Rain 99% >>> Fable III 18%

See, I can make up numbers, too.

I quite liked you until this post.

How DARE you insult Fable to such a degree.

I was being ridiculous, like Slimebeast, but one-upping him. Of course Fable III won't get 18%.

It'll be at least 25%.

Please don't hate me ;_;

Heavy Rain is from a genre so niche it is ridiculous.  It's appeal is EXTREMELY limited.  Don't get me wrong, I'll be there day one.  But I'll be about the only one lol.

The Last Guardian has exactly the same problem.

God of War 3 will be stunning, but again, only around 3 million people will ever know this.  The lowest selling game in Slimebeasts list will probably sell that.

Yes, but I thought this thread would be about what gamers want, not what would sell well.

I'm simply pointing out that I could make a golden trio for any console, if I tried.

I'll say this, you're never afraid to give detailed predictions.

You're probably too high with the Last Guardian sales wise though.  Probably a bit high with all the Xbox 360 games too.

Though it is my dream to finally have a Fable at AAA status review wise.

^Thanks starcraft.

To me, the Ps3 has a really good lineup and we can only tell with time which console has the best 2010 lineup with gven release dates for the TBA games.

You know, I tend to put my fanboy glasses on for these kind of threads, especially if it comes to list wars  so, yes, the numbers for the X360 games are a tad bit on the optimistic side in that post (for obvious reasons).

But only very little.

I think PS3's lineup includes more variety, so that's why I'm going with it.

I feel...such anger.

while i get that xbox fans have their little cults around halo and what not, the truth is for me that their list doesn't do much for me. the only game on the their system i really enjoyed playing was gears. halo has a pretty gimped campaign, and i think the timesplitters series has a better mp.

as for sony's list, i can actually say i am very pumped/intrigued by gow3, tlg, mag.

alan wake could be great, but i have not been compelled to look into it all that much.

i would say that 2010 is not as exciting to me as 2009 was. killzone was just a sublime shooting experience.
