so when will the new adjustments be made to lifetime sales numbers. per quaterly reports microsoft has actually sold 42.2 million xbox 360's ltd and ps3 has sold 38.1 million units ltd. a slight difference form what is listed here on vgchartz. u guys have the ps3 undermarked by over a million units. pretty bad math. on another note the nintendo wii has been designated as an official monetary printing press in 17 countries. how can we get that status updated on here?

Manufacturers count shipped units. This site counts units sold to people at retail.

Just me or did PS3 get adjusted up like 100k?

When i checked this the other day the gap between the two consoles was 4.2 million but now its 4 million so there must have been some adjustments.

Ok its just changed again now its back to 4.2 million, weird one second Xbox 360 was at 45.2 million and the PS3 at 41.2 million.

Now the Xbox is at 48.1 million and the PS3 at 43.9 million.

that happens because the graph in the main page has some problems refreshing the real numbers. it happened me a couple times too.
