I hope there is a PSP 4000. That way they mark the PSP 3000 down in price so I can get one.

if the 4000 is commin..it wont be mentioned till around Xmas or early next year...ppl are iffy about the GO now...i doubt they'll release a 4000 revision and take any chance of the GO sellin away
Even so 4k, will probably be a small update from 3k... so IMO this is more an image change then enything else

They won't reveal it at TGS - it would endanger GO sales. Even though it's 2 months before the JP launch, PSP Go models are already at the top of the Amazon.co.jp chart - http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/bestsellers/videogames/ref=pd_dp_ts_vg_1
Now that never happened with PSP-3000, in fact I think it was only once in the top 20...for a day. I suspect (just like PS3 Slim), PSP-4000 will be built in 45nm, and cheaper. Announcing it before the PSP GO launch would be hugely detrimental IMO.
Interesting, I think it is just a brand wide rebrading, and annoyin!
It is odd that it isnt changed on the GT, but Im still thinking that its just part of the PlayStation rebranding, it does look more in line with the new PS3 covers.

No, axumblade, Japan is the only territory that isn't getting any PSP GO freebie. Which makes the apparent high interest in PSP GO even stranger.
Well, it's sort of a freebie. From what I understand, Japan gets sweet FA.

To be fair, it is more than a demo, because you can download more songs for it, so Lite is the right word, but it still sucks in comparison to GT
May I also point out that it comes out a month later in JP, so this is odd, maybe they are selling it cheaply?
