at least PS360 controllers cant break your TV

1) I always thought that High Velocity Bowling is a mediocre game, but you say it sucks so hard that nobody plays it?

2) Humans don't break TVs. Wii Controllers do.

fixed

Excellent point.

Also, humans don't kill humans. Guns do.

Well, humans cant break TVs with their PS360 controller (unless they want to) but they can with the wii controller. Oh and also:

Stop it Rol, you're ruining his well thought out and clearly watertight argument.

Aw, I am never allowed to play what I want.

EDIT: His link contains the words "bruceongames". Come on, let me continue.

does the web site really matters? the picture is important

I can't believe I have to explain this.

When someone breaks their TV with a Wii remote, it's their own fault for not wearing a strap, or for getting overenthusiastic and careless. Nintendo can't stop people from being idiots. If the Wii breaks however, that is Nintendo's fault.

Think of the Wii as a kitchen knife. You use it to chop carrots, but if you are careless you can chop off your finger. Was that the knife-makers fault? On the other hand, if the XBox was a knife, the act of chopping carrots would cause it to break.

Moral of the story: only a moron would break his TV with a Wii remote.

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

i knew that, my point was, you can have a little accident with your wii mote and your TV is gone. You can have a little accident with PS360 controller and your TV will still be alive. And no, not only a morron will brake his  TV with his wiimote. People make mistakes and if you make a mistake with Wiimote your pretty much fucked *shows at the picture*

We all knew how bad the 360 was, but it's interesting to see it's considerably more reliable than PS3 too.

how is that interesting, the wii is expected to be more reliable because it is less powerful then the PS3, and as such produces less heat which is the culprit of console failures this generation.

At the end of the days it's an oranges and apples comparison, if the wii was as powerful as the PS3 and 360, then we would be seeing reliability closer to what the PS3 has right now, but as things stand....meh....there's really nothing to see here apart from the obvious which everyone already knows.

Did you break your TV?

My Wii produces less heat than my PS2, and the PS2's weaker...

It's also about the size of the chips, smaller ones use less power and thus generate less heat. So a last gen console with less processing power can still produce more heat than a current gen console.

However, all consoles should be made with the end result, the consumer experience, in mind. The gamecube for example was more powerful yet also more reliable than the PS2. But if it was purely a trade off between power and reliability, I'd take reliability every time.

It's harder to break when you stay in the closet hahahahaha I didn't say it, Sony and Microsoft did

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

No shockers here...

4 ≈ One

I think RROD is bigger than 23% of consoles, but that store only covers the consoles that were purchased there under their plan.

So technically a console you got back from microsoft repair center and got broken you wouldnt take it to that store.

A friend of mine has had to send his xbox360 8 times to microsoft because of RROD, and they were different consoles.

Also we can never know, because the consoles sent back to you are most likely repaired.
