300% increases worldwide, I was essentially saying 300% increases in every region. If i intended worldwide numbers, I would have said a worldwide increase of 300%, not increases the plural is important, maybe i should have made it more clear. People expected NA numbers over 200k, Others numbers over 200k, Japan numbers over 100k. Worldwide week 1 over 500k. |
X + Y = Z does it matter if A + B = Z too?

But this is 600% WW increases and not 300%.
I expect 300k WW in first week.

Don't you just love his over exaggeration... kinda makes you wonder if he is just taking a cheap shot and pulling shit out of his ass and cherry picking or telling the truth.
Where exactly was the slim limited? Its been all over the area where I live and im in a small town in the midwest...we normally get everything late. The local target had a stack of them when I was there last thursday...for some reason though they dont have the new elite box...had the old one in stock with the price drop though. Didnt see people fall over each other trying to get at either, but evidently the word was out people were stopping looking and talking about it while I was digging through the clearance games. :)

but last holiday there wasn't a price cut for the PS3... this time its price cut vs price cut. line-up vs line-up. brand vs brand. blu-ray vs DVD.
