I thought Microsoft had already conceded first place to Nintendo.
Yes i can't wait for this Natal will destroy Sony. Natal will sell better than the wii.

Natal has the potential to be a real mover. If the technology pulls of what it claimed during E3 then it will succeed couple that with the fact that Microsoft will not stop with the console market and it could become the equivalent of the mouse on the PC but in the living room which currently does not have a real contender.

Kinect as seen by PS3 owners ...if you can pick at it ...post it ... Did I mention the 360 was black and Shinny? Keeping Sigs obscure since 2007, Passed by the Sig police 5July10.
Look at it this way.. Nintendo were thinking of releasing the Wii Remote for the GameCube.. Do you really think it would have changed anything last generation?
This article made me laugh my ass off harder than I have in several weeks.
Keep dreaming MS.

That, and the fact that Ballmer said there'd be a new XBox in 2010, makes me think Natal with a re-done XBox will be the first console in the next generation, similar to GameCube -> Wii.
A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

Wii already has the lowest active user base. How many people do they really expect are gonna run out and buy a x360 with Natal? I really don't expect much from it. The only thing I would interest me in Natal is if they had a P90X game which would keep track of my workouts. |
I seriously doubt it will pull many Wii owners over. But the idea is the make it a closer call for potential *new* console owners who are looking for a console with part games and intuitive controls. It's not designed to target existing Wii users or to try and transform the 360 into a "Super Wii" with only games that must use Natal to function.

I'm not speculating the impact of Natal until I see the software it's launching with.
well at least they're trying
but if they guaranteed they'll outsell wii and win this gen- then i'd be pissed, but good thing they didn't say that.
