....remade for the PS3? For example, let's say you put Final Fantas 1 & 2 HD version in a 50GB bluray. Probably a little less graphical than FInal Fantasy 13, due to space issues and what not, since there will be 2 on one disc. I personally would buy these games day 1.

Me too, but I don't think it would make sense to release HD remakes of non-3D games.

Of course it would man, think about it.. 2D games are just limitations because 3D didnt exist. Believe me, people would love to see these characters 3D, see there expressions where they are happy, sad, etc. It helps people get attatched to them. I for one would believe they would succeed epicly.

I probably wouldn't buy them if they were to remake them. Maybe FF 6 at like $20. They would probably sell a few hundred thousand. Would be better suited as psn games

I would rather 1-6 be remade on the PSP rather than one of the HD home consoles.

its basically pointless to remake FF1-6 in HD...considering they'll get remade for DS...FF1-6 are graphically old that anything over Snes/NES..is a massive update goin from 2D sprites all the way to HD isnt needed

Unless it's something like FF3-6 remade in HD and sold together on perhaps one or 2 discs for 60$, I don't see them selling too well at all...

I think you would get more just porting the originals or some of the current remakes of FF1-6, 7-9, 1-10, or even 1-12, any one of these would sell better than that idea. It would be cheaper as well since they're just porting, not making the game from the ground up again.

I dont think Final Fantasy is nearly as big as internet people think it is. So I doubt they'd do very well, just the core fans would buy it.
