That's weird. The new system was made so that it's easier to focus on the action. You're supposed to use your periphery vision to know what button to press (top = triangle, right = circle, bottom = X etc.) Sounds like it works on paper. I guess it takes getting used to.
@nen-suer: Right, I did forget that. Boy did I like beating up Charon. He was a jerk.

@--OkeyDokey--: Well, maybe it does just take getting used to, I admit. Still, the circle appears right beside your combo count, so it can be hard to see.

I only played for like ten minutes. From what I played: if you enjoyed previous God of Wars, then yeah, this is your cup of tea.
Glad to hear you enjoyed your time with it.
This game has my interest. Even if I've only played the first.
