The 80gig Xbox.

Seriously though theres no way the next playstation console would cost over $299. They learned by getting their asses kicked so far this gen.

Well, considering the ps3 was  ~ $600. then around ~ 350-400 is not too shabby. Besides Sony is quick on dropping price at start.

Nintendo's not going to hold out that long, simply because i doubt that their developers will want to be working with Wii tech for another 4 years. I've never been one to complain about the Wii's limited capabilities, but i think even Nintendo's developers are going to want new hardware sooner than that.

I would probably buy both Nintendo and next PS. Based on this scenario. But I'd still prefer PS over the other.
Even if there's nothing much new, I'm still in love with Sony's variation in games, along with their controller, I love it and I bet a new controller from them would be awesome. And the free internet is just great. This is just a randomly made up scenario, which contain some prediction for how it will be in my eyes. Although I do of course think there will be more features in all three consoles.

So new Xbox 250gb and PS is the same and at the same price point, but PS has bigger HDD and included headset? Will the Xbox still not have WiFi?

On top of my head.. PS. If WiFi is included in the Xbox, id have to look towards what games will be released.

I can't wait to see Nintendo games in HD.

PS1/PS2 games will be downloadable through PSN, doubt they will do disc based BC. Still iffy on PS3 BC but I kinda doubt it, too expensive. We can probably reliably assume that there will never again be hardware BC in sony console ever again. Only through download or buying prev gen Slim.

My first purchase will be SONY. Second probably Nintendo. MS yet again had so many problems with their console I will likely wait a good year or two after release before I dare buy from them again. Eventually ill have to buy it though.
