I never played FFVI. Can't wait play it after finishing FFIV (DS).

I'm currently trying to play FFVI as I haven't done so yet but I'm finding it very difficult. I have the PS1 port of the game and I can just about put up with the graphics but the loading times between battles are very annoying. A handheld port with a slight graphical improvment and the elimination of the loading times would be great.

This is a great game and is probably my favourite. I'm replaying it right now (about to go in the final dungeon). I do not think it should be remade though. I think games should be enjoyed for what they are. Remakes often cheapen the original.

Grab the GBA version, if you can. Leave the PSX version alone. The load times are horrific.

PS is the worst... because there are loading times after EVERYTHING... also for some reason the music is washed out.


Outside of that... i've never played the GBA version... but probably the GBA version.   In the remakes they have a way of editing back in stuff that was changed to fit with censors.
