The graphics do look good but I couldn't help but laugh at those new features. You can have it so that not only does the game do the breaking for you but if you still manage to make a mistake you can just 'rewind' and avoid the accident?!! I suppose it's ok as you don't have to play with those options but seriously, how easy do some people want their games?

People do not use brakes when driving in a video game.

Poor choice of wording in my post. They said that the game would decelerate for you so does that mean you would just hold down one button all through the race and all you'd have to do would be steer? On second thought, perhaps it not all that different from playing a FPS which has a large aiming assist.

Just from personal experience.

People treat every racing games like burnout where brake is optional and dare to ask why is the car so hard to drive in this game.

Talk about unrealistic. 4th gear into a wall.... and it still drives.

He had selected only cosmetic damage.

what? No, that can't be it. It's got to be unrealistic. If it were realistic then there would be no option for this.

Yeah, and the damage was on cosmetic too, so no kidding.

themanwithnoname's law: As an America's sales or NPD thread grows longer, the probabilty of the comment "America = World" [sarcasticly] being made approaches 1.

there is no such thing.

Ermm.. please enlighten me as I am fairly sure deceleration does exist?

EDIT: Well I suppose technically, deceleration is actually negative acceleration

Like I said in another thread if you want a fulll blown racing sim you need to play a Simbin game on PC. They are brutal and 90% of Forza/GT fans would not play it more than 10 minutes. Forza and GT are more sim based than arcadey but they are hardly realistic driving sims.

Forza 3 looks so so good though, it and Halo:ODST and tipping me to get a 360 again.

Physics says otherwise. There is slowing down. That works... but there is no decelerate.
