you know, in japan, they call them "RPG". there is no JRPG or WRPG there. they are all RPG.

they do classify RPG to several categories like: Action, Simulation, Orthodox. i guess at your standard, only "orthodox" RPG is JRPG. but i personally think JRPG covers broader than that.

You should take off MC2 off because it's a KRPG. It's an insult to both JRPG developers and KRPG developers since you're telling JRPG developers that all Asian games/countries are the same, and you're giving credit from the Korean devs to the Japanese devs O.o

So then take off Demon's Soul for it being more akin to WRPGs O.o

JRPGs=Japanese RPGs, that's it. There's no other criteria except being Japanese and an RPG.

OK YOU HAVE A POINT IN THIS Akvod now i remember when i was talking to a friend of mine about MGS4 and he was saying that it is an american game but it seems it while the whole production team is japanese and that makes MGS4 japanese

Thank you for understanding =) Yes, MGS4 may seem more akin to an American game, but it's just purely illogical to say it's literally an American game. Of course it's not, it was made by Japanese developers, there's nothing that can deny that fact.

Tales of Vesperia and Eternal Sonata coming for Ps3 too and with special features =)

I think with Vesperia, the PS3 could edge the 360 out in JRPGs, but for RPGs in general....hell no, lol. Mass Effect 1 and 2 bro. ME 1 and 2.

Also, we can't forget the fact that the 360 usually gets these games about a year earlier.

Of course! This one doesn't have a boxart I believe but it's releasing in 3 months in Japan.
