Wolfenstein hasn't performed very well, what was it's dev costs?

From the shitty look of the game, probably pennies.

you dont know what you're talking about. Wolfenstien is nothing like terminator Salvation.

Even with the graphics that are somewhat subpar the game is averaging 75 on metacritic.

this means that the gameplay is really fun, which it is. We all know there are visual whores out there who will dock points if a game doesnt look as good as their ass...

Well, I haven't played the game, Im just going by what I've heard. 75 isn't brilliant, but it's not at TS level I suppose.

If this game had Gears of War like graphics it would easily be 85+ on metacritic.

Gameplay is there and is solid...but graphics are slightly dated.

I fortunately don't care for graphics...as long as they are servicable, game should be judged based on gameplay.

Wii Sports Resort is showing its legs so typical of the series.

Not a good debut for Wolfenstein (I didn't even know it was releasing so early).

Plus whatever its sold on the pc aswell. But yeah it sounds like a disappointing start for such a venerable fps franchise.

Look at Madden go, its still in the top40, give it 3 years and gridiron will be more popular than football in the UK

Thread updated with all these charts. Outside of Wolfenstein charting, nothing really notable.

Apparently, that seems to concern only France and Spain - it's even out in Germany. Considering the positions of the game in the charts, the season and excluding these 2 countries, 60-70k seems quite plausible.
