I've read that PS3 Slim's cell is faster than the one in PS3. Is PS3 Slim more powerful than PS3?

maybe a faster XMB but that it's.

it is faster, will notice this in the xmb and all supported services besides those that involve the actual game itself (though it will make it easier on the system as a whole, thus causing less heat and more reliability)

The PS3 doesn't need any more power for gaming, there is not a single game on the market that uses anywhere near its full capacity.

Can you post a link to that, because it's hard to believe.

The slim is 250w, the new phats are 280w, and by the spec sheet, the cell is the cell.
