Lack of Metroid games on HD systems : Nintendo IP

Lack of Tekken on Wii : Supposedly system incompetence (while PS1 and PS2 handled Tekken just fine and sold millions)

which prolly brings me to this highly unlikely, improbable question.. is the PSP at its native res more powerful than the wii at its native res.. im sure thats HIGHLY improbable...

woah chill out man, its not strange for companies to want to show their favourite games on HD.

if you have a company and have something iconic to you you would like it to have the best place and put alotta money and effort on it.

so its not strange alotta companies have their main games on HD systems. and about the PSP version tekken on PSP in japan is pretty big.

petition time!!!!! but seriously if Namco doesn't wanna port their games to the wii just deal with it, its their choice anyway. besides they probably have better reasons for not porting tekken to the wii other than just being "haters".

And it's not as though the Street Fighter games on the VC do so well they even relased the SNES and Genesis versions... oh they did.

I'm not asking for Tekken, but people are blind with Wii hatred, so they defend these kind of devs. I'm asking for developers to stop giving out false and terrible excuses.

If they don't want to make the game then don't fucking make it, but don't come out and lie about why they aren't making it. Wii is far more capable than a PSP. And no, the guy didn't talk about PSP, I did, and in no manner the title is inflamatory since there's a PSP VERSION BEING MADE BY THAT MAN. Damn ignorants defending the undefendable.

You don't see them making a DS version of the game either. They're putting the portable version on the most technologically advanced handheld and the console version on the two most technologically advanced consoles.

I don't think people should expect companies to have to go through the time, effort, and have to spend the finances to make a Wii version from the ground up soley because Nintendo wanted to release a console closer to last gen than current gen multi-core hardware tech. Especially when quite a few hardcore games never even sell a million copies on Wii.

I'm sure Tekken 6 doesn't matter much to the blue ocean crowd that bought the Wii for Wii Sports and Wii Fit, and gamers demanding more core games on Wii that don't have one of the other more hardcore consoles too, well they probably knew what they were getting into when they decided to go with the Wii only option.

with promos, it could be a revolution for this license because it got old and i stopped after the 3rd edition.
