You don't see them making a DS version of the game either. They're putting the portable version on the most technologically advanced handheld and the console version on the two most technologically advanced consoles.

I don't think people should expect companies to have to go through the time, effort, and have to spend the finances to make a Wii version from the ground up soley because Nintendo wanted to release a console closer to last gen than current gen multi-core hardware tech. Especially when quite a few hardcore games never even sell a million copies on Wii.

I'm sure Tekken 6 doesn't matter much to the blue ocean crowd that bought the Wii for Wii Sports and Wii Fit, and gamers demanding more core games on Wii that don't have one of the other more hardcore consoles too, well they probably knew what they were getting into when they decided to go with the Wii only option.
