1) so "majority" of HD console gamers in Japan are also "minority"? take a look at sale figures, xbox 360 may have a large margin ahead of ps3 in US, but everywhere else they are close to each other ( no need to mention that many xbox owners have multiple consoles due to RROD), what makes you think number of xbox owners far exceeds ps3 owners everywhere in the world?

Truth be told I was getting annoyed by the PS3 slim owning threads created by ps3 fans, but this is just sad, I mean I never seen the media ever hate two consoles more than the wii and ps3. I mean Gamecube and Xbox didn't have this rough, neither did the saturn and N64. I swear at the rate this is going, next generation expect sites like those to only focus on one console.

Hilarious Seeing The PS3 Boys Going Apeshit.

First, discussing the reasons posted in the article is ridiculous since its clear that its BS.

 Idk but I usually dont have friends online, or even want to have them, I usually, if I play online, just play with random strangers. Also, you should choose your console by the way you like it and not because "most of my friends have it".

I find it way better to just plug in the USB cable to the controller and charge it, than to use normal rechargable batteries, its not like its a pain in the ass, you just get up and plug the thing and you can still play from your seat(depends on how far you are, but the cable is long) and it charges in a few minutes and lasts for a long time.

The third reason is dumb, you can get the ps3 to play games and not use the bluray funcionality, the ps3 is primary a gaming machine, to play games, and if the games you like are on the system I dont see whats wrong witjh choosing it over any other one like the wii because of games.

You may disagree in the first 2 points and maybe thats why you could choose another console.
