Luckily, it's on $9.99 with the WWE Network for me.

I'm interested in what they'll do with the Daniel Bryan/HHH storyline, Cena vs. Wyatt, and Taker.  Not on the same level as Cena vs. Rock, Taker vs. HBK, or anything but should be an okay night.  Probably a 6/10.  They could have taken months to really build up Ziggler, Cesaro (amazing match on NXT!), and some of their other underutilized guys.  Would have made for an epic PPV but sometimes one epic match makes a whole PPV worth watching (ie: WM12 or WM13).

The saddest part about WWE Network:  They do replays of Smackdown and Raw from the late 90's.  Almost everybody in the episode had something interesting going on.  Even the minor characters like Big Boss Man vs. Al Snow had some sort of storyline.  With some of the PPV's, every match had a backstory.  At Mania, something like Ryback and Curtis Axel vs. The Shield just seems thrown together.  Piss poor booking for a 30 year anniversary.

Everything used to have an edge of seriousness back then, which was enhanced by allowing the characters to cut organic back-stage promos.  Now, they just have Cole TELL us about the feuds.  There is no build for anything on the mid-card now, other than an announcer saying "these guys don't like each other".  It's like the feuds are just meaningless and thrown-together, which is ridiculous for a three hour show.

TNA spends FAR too much time with long, drawn-out backstage pieces but at least they're trying to create realistic drama.  The WWE seems to have an attitude that anything not involving Cena, Triple H, or the World Titles doesn't deserve much attention.

What I really miss are tag team feuds, which used to be extremely intense.

Hardy's vs MNM was the last good tag fued I've seen.  It actually made use of the brand split.  Matt would work Murcury on Smackdown (Or Raw, whatever it was), while Jeff would work Nitro (Morrison) on Raw (Or Smackdown).  Then they'd come together for PPVs for matches.

- New Japan Pro Wrestling has booked Prince Devitt vs. Ryusuke Taguchi in a Loser Leaves Town match for next Sunday, April 6th at their Invasion Attack 2014 internet pay-per-view from Tokyo. This has led to more speculation that Devitt is headed to WWE.

Devitt reportedly did not sign a new contract with New Japan back in January and it’s no secret that WWE has offered him a deal. There’s a feeling within NJPW that AJ Styles is coming in to take Devitt’s spot, not in the Bullet Club, but as a top talent for the company.

I hope he comes in as a bad-ass, stomping on people and stuff.  He would have some incredible matches against Daniel Bryan or Sami Zayn, I bet.

For those unfamiliar with Devitt:

New Japan Pro vs Roh is coming to Toronto next month, anyone in the area going?

WWE's next jobber - possibly gonna join 3MB and become 4MB!

Oh, come on!  Be serious!  At the very least they'll team him with Ziggler so they can job to that Madador team.

I tried to summon Stephen "SPDK1" Kelley, our greatest wrestling fan of all-time in time time for Wrestlemania but I've gotten no reply. Hope he returns!!

Prediction how they gonna play it, DB wins vs HHH, and in the main match HHH will cost him the championship with batista profiting and becoming champ.

Jim Cornette was at JR's show tonight and was asked about how TNA could make money. “All they gotta do is let em in free and charge em TO GET THE FUCK OUT!”
