@Carl2291, I don't understand what are you saying. Are you saying it lags? Because I have it and it doesn't lag. Do you have DMZ or NAT problems?

Anyways, even games with servers LAG, so no big magical solution on this one.

I know right.  When I played Halo 3 it lagged.  Games lag online on both consoles.  They the same but you pay for XBL and I think that's a scam.

One more or two things. HOME is a copy paste of SECOND LIFE ( a horrible one), and you can say that AVATARS in xbx is the same as MIIs. But the difference or the major difference is that xbx avatars are much better looking and improved compared to MIIs ...I guess you get my point!

@C_Hollomon, that's the truth, they all lag sometimes. That's more because of internet problems, configurations, distances than because of the service.

Regarding the payed service, like I said, we don't pay only to play. But yes, I wish it was free.

@migas, yep, we could be were discussing every feature of both systems. And it's normal that one was better and worst features.

But again, the chat options are WAY BETTER in LIVE.

The game lags a LOT.

Why do you think there are Red, Yellow and 2 Green bars for peoples connection?

If the game chooses a shit host, then the game will lag and possibly just end.

@Carl2291, yep, but the game has host migration. Most of the times if it lags it changes host automatically.

But yeah, online is just like that. You will lag many times, maybe in the future with better connections we won't lag..... I dunno.....

Yeah, so if the main thing that I'm going to be doing is playing online games, why I am paying for an equivalent experience? Gears 2 lagged constantly at launch, it was a complete mess, but certainly was better when I played it recently

What free themes are there in Live? There are barely any, most games give you a nice free theme on the XMB and you can create your own

Sony will not charge a fee for online multiplayer. My main problem with Live is that I have already paid for the developers to develop the multiplayer, so if I don't have Live, I still have to pay for the development of stuff I don't get to play. It is the same thing with DLC which is already on the disc, which is of course basically stealing from us

No, it only changes host if the game lags OUT. Not if the game just lags.

Example- Im playing CoD4 at say, 1am. Lots of American users are playing at this time... and i usually have 2 yellow bars connection, which is lag. But the game doesnt just swap host...

@Bolded, thats not what you said earlier. You said they DONT lag.
