Ok I am confused!
Is Nintendo going to be at Gamescom and If so, when does it start?
Is Nintendo going to be at Tokyo Game Show and if so, when does it start?
Is Nintendo going to have their own Fall Conference and if so, when does it start?

Nintendo will not have a conference at Gamescon or TGS. They probably will have a fall conference that usually occurs in October.
"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. Nintendo is at Gamescom but are not holding a press conference. Nintendo is not attending TGS in any way or form.
Generally when they don't attend that they'll hold their own conference in late September/early October like they've done since 2006.

GDC was in march, and Nintendo announced spirit tracks and a few other things there.
PAX is next month, and I don't think they will be attending it.
What is PAX basically?? Is it like E3 and Gamescom and TGS and Nintendo Fall Conference???
