Nintendo will not have a media conference at Gamescon.

They have their own media event in October (as Nintendogamer noted) known as the Nintendo Fall Conference.

At least they're at GamesCom at all this year, unlike last year where they skipped Liepzig (assuming continuity between the two events as premier European tradeshows)

Of course, nothing good as come out of their big European show since 2006, when they used Liepzig to unveil Mario Strikers Charged
