I'd like to know which country PSN is against the law in.

I live in Europe and do the exact same as he suggested. The moviestore is indeed inaccesible from Europe, but all games can be bought there. With the cheap dollar these days, they are a bargain by the way. 1 Dollar is 1.42 Euro atm.

They do ask for a billing address - tried using a credit card with a fake address. doesn't work. :(
A quick google search revealed that the credit card has to have a matching billing address...
I haven't bought anything from e-bay yet... but i'm willing to buy someone a psn game next summer (when my cuz returns from america) if they do me this favour...

I use Entropay.com. Works just fine.

Oh and PSN isn't official in Sri Lanka - Check for the countries available when you try to create a new account..
its not against the law , but the service is not available in my country..

To people who think I live in the UK due to my sig , let me ask you -

Can't a european create a USA PSN account ?
Can't an american create a JP PSN account ?

Can't I create a UK account even though I live in Asia ?

Can I be 15 yrs old and have the platinum for KZ2 ?
