Forums - Nintendo - NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits

so i bought this today, i like the game very much. The music, the setting, the art, and the controls make this one of the best games on wiiware, has anyone tried it yet?

I am thinking about getting it, but have not committed just yet.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

I'm going to buy this game after I pick up an SD card.

I love it.

IMO as much as I love Lost Winds, playing this then Lost Winds, this makes Lost winds controls seem clunky.

I am taking this game as my Icarus since it's the closest thing we will get.

Played it when it was released here in Europe, and yeah, I like it a lot. Good to see taht other people are enjoying it as well.

I didn't elaborate but i think this game is as good as Boom Blox in terms of proof of concept of the wiimote. What's missing from Wii games isn't motion control in the Wii Sports sense, theres too much of that, but in the Boom Blox/PES sense.

Hopefully more devs are inspired to play around with the variations available.

On topic: I plan on buying this game after I finish Monkey Island.

I want to get it, and I will soon.

It does look like a good game.
