"European PlayStation Store manager Angela Madronero has confirmed that Sony will reveal its Euro plans for the long-time-coming PS3 video store at next week's Gamescom show.

The video-on-demand service went live on the US PS Store in July last year, but was later confirmed by former SCEE boss man David Reeves not to be coming to our store until 2009. Well, it's August already so where the bloody hell is it?

"We will be making an official announcement regarding our forthcoming Video Store, next week, at Gamescom," said Madronero.

Expect that to happen during Sony's huge press conference on Tuesday, August 18, starting 5pm over here. And we'll be there."

Well i'd expect it to be overpriced like everything in Australia, so not looking forward to it

If the prices aren't a rip-off and you can delete/redownload vids as you can games I'll look into it, if not I'll go back to my watch-online.
