So, I just got an email from Amazon.co.uk stating that I can't get my GT5 for £17. They said they made an error with the pricing and that all orders for £17 have now been cancelled. T'was too good to be true.

@ taz, with the Folklore Lair screw up, they sorted it out quickly but it has taken more than a week this time

Well, most of us expected this. But it didn't hurt to try, right?

In Portugal, the price stated is the price the product must be sold for, by law, even if it was a mistake. That "Oopsie daisies, we're so very sorry for our silly little mistake." excuse wouldn't have rolled so easily over here. At least in physical retail stores, but I suppose it extends to online purchases.
