The point is that as you exploit, sales fall. Exploiting reduces the quality of games, and Activision don't want anything to do with an IP they can't exploit. They don't want to publish a quality game that will sell well because they won't be able to make 10 sequels for it in 5 years until it sucks.

Going back to this, it was not his comment about the PS3 that started Kotick hate, it just became more widespread because it was another thing to add to his ever-increasing list of stupid quotes.

The game's going to need expansions, i see why not.

This guy makes me want to buy all 3 parts of SC II used :)

I really hope that Blizzard is quick to release all the games in one single package like with the SC/BW Bestseller series.

Here is the recent blog entry. The thought of what Blizzard is becoming almost made me cry, Bobby Kotick is even more of a douche than I thought, the Kotick quotes really makes him look even worse.

Judging from that blog entry, it seems very likely that Kotick is involved after all.
