I didnt say taht it did matter.  im not one of those people who gets mad about bundles but uncharted gets heavily bundled so it depends on how much they want to bundle it to how much it sells

EDIT: Btw don't say that uncharted did it with barely any bundling.  Uncharted is known to be bundled throughout the year.  I dont get mad at about bundles but dont lie about something.

Uncharted is one of my favorite series and i see no need to lie about it.

Uncharted 3 reached 4,9 million with only one limted bundle
so it probably sold 5.2 on it's own and the rest are bundles

Not sure about that and I'm not going to look it up.  As a series it is heavily bundled is all i was saying and do not take that the wrong way as I honestly dont care about bundles.  Every big 1st party game gets bundled.  I was simply pointing out it depend on how much the game gets bundled going forward to seeing how much it will sell.  If they do not bundle it will end up aroun 6.5-6.6m  if they bundle it, it will end anywhere from 6.5-7.2. Does that make sense now?  I don't understand why you guys are acting like I said something wrong.

Edit: And it also depends on which uncharted we are talking about.

Huge franchises get bundled because they are system sellers, Even Call of Duty gets bundled

Great sales for great games. Back in days we would have been happy to see GOW and U2 cross 3 million.

None of the Uncharted games would have come close to God of War III's sales if it wasn't for them being mass bundled for years and everyone knows it. The fact God of War III, a game with non-existent advertising outside of the US, released during a PS3 shortage, wasn't bundled for more than a couple of weeks AND doesn't have any multiplayer has gone on to sell roughly 5.6m+ units is a lot more impressive than any of the Uncharted games.

God of War is a far more popular series, just look at Google Trends or who has the most fans on Facebook fan groups and God of War >>>>>>> Uncharted.

Uncharted still crushed it. Not only in sales, but in reviews too.

I still think Uncharted is better than god of War personally.  You are right about the bundles though.  They probably would still sell similar to each other though without bundles.  Either way though, Uncharted is a prime example of one of the best games this generation so I say bundle the hell out of it to get it into as many people's hands as possible.

Yep, and as we know, tremendous success breeds doubters. So it's not shocking, just annoying. Thankfully, it's a commanding achievement for the brand, and a 5 million+ seller from here on out (with or without bundles).


Definitely, and there shall be continued growth next-gen. 

Next-gen Uncharted, it'll be spectacular.

I expect a new ane even more spectacular franchise from ND in next gen... they always create a new franchise per generation.
