Alright, I'll be nice, I know it's PS3. It would help if you posted this in Sony Discussion.
PS3s have no region coding or locking of any kind.
PS3 - Yes
Xbox360 - No
Wii - No
PS3 is region free for games, it's only region locked for movies...region free gaming FTW!!!
It is the ps3 sorry should of said that thanks for the help!!!!
Also, DLC is region locked. I have LittleBigPlanet from PAL and I can only download content for it from a PAL account. So I haven't bought any LBP content due to not easily being able to purchase any.

That's weaksauce. How come you got your LBP from a PAL region?

Because it was selling for $60 for the NA version, and $20 for the PAL version brand new. They were dumping LBP big time over in europe, and some manged to hit the states for dirt cheap.

About 60% or even more games on the 360 aren't region locked either.
And another thing- that isn't a good thread title. Let me quote the Rules:
*puts on posh British accent...wait I already have one*
Thread titles must be work safe, descriptive and on topic. Keep the language in thread titles clean. We don't restrict language usage in posts (up to a point), but thread titles are a different matter. Whatever luridly foul things you wish to say about Luigi, you can find a work safe euphemism for the title. Also, letter substitution fools nobody, but strings of unpronounceable symbols are acceptable. Now for the descriptive and on topic bit. It's very simple - use the thread title to sum up or describe what you are saying in your post. Do not use the title as a deceptive hook to lure people in. *Do not post something useless like "How do I..." and have the question in the post*.
