Yeah and they will never come back since making an account isn't free. They should also ban there xbox 360 to so they have to buy a new one.

have you read anything in this thread? or is this some kind of fun i do not get?

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Gamestop will have to be REALLY careful about accepting 360 if live ban for specific console becomes rampant. Although I believe this will be a very small minority.

Nothing wrong with this policy. Nobody should be hacking and posing nude in front of their consoles anyhow...

As someone who has been involved in the technology industry who has "seen it all" you have to protect the network that you own as much as feasible...

As a dad with two young daughters... Throw the nude dumb asses in jail as well.

As with anything you are responsible for what happens on your console and gamertag not who is using it... And if you are dumb enough to let people on your console while they are trying to hack or are dumb enough to let someone on your console posing nude, then you deserve to be banned.

So does that mean that seece can't pose naked for me?

Tease.

In other news he also stated that appearing in front of your Xbox Live Videocam nude is against Xbox Live policies and you will be banned for that as well, so hopefully no more fat guys in your UNO lobby.

What!? That's it, fuck Xbox. Trey 4 life.

"According to Stephen if you get caught hacking or phishing online now you will be banned from Xbox Live as well as your console receiving a life long ban and any other console you have used will also be included in that ban*"

thats a really bad move...
what if a hacker used his friend's xbox ? and what if like you said he sold his xbox ?

That's what we call double win. Not only you crack down on hackers but you also get legimate customers scared of buying used xboxes and forcing them to spend on new ones.

I know, so if you logged into all your friend's 360, for lan parties, as a secondary user all those 360s will be banned.

Way to piss off your customer base Microsoft.

So they shouldnt have a strict policy because some hacker might screw a friend over?  The harsher the penatly the more people will be afraid to disobey the rules.  MS is doing the right thing here!  Get rid of the cheaters!
