what if a hacker used his friend's xbox ? and what if like you said he sold his xbox ?

I know, so if you logged into all your friend's 360, for lan parties, as a secondary user all those 360s will be banned.

So they shouldnt have a strict policy because some hacker might screw a friend over?  The harsher the penatly the more people will be afraid to disobey the rules.  MS is doing the right thing here!  Get rid of the cheaters!
