Damn right it is. But if he wants something now... then he should learn some patience and wait 7 months for God of War III.

Well if he can't wait then I would say get Heavenly Sword.   Really the only bad thing about it is its short, but other than that its awesome.

It's definitely not a full price game, but at $35 I guess you get good enough value for it to be worth it.

Reasonable on 01 August 2009

It's pretty good fun, although I actually preferred Heavenly Sword which is dirt cheap too. Still, both are very good fun, solid titles within their respective game genres.

Also, why is everyone saying 'wait for game x'? He wants something to play now in a spare week he has.



Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

As a HUGE Dmc fan I say yea give it try.
But 1 and 3 are much better.

Well, if you are generally looking for a game for a week, you can't go wrong with Ratchet- it's down to Greatest Hits now, I believe, so it'll be cheaper than DMC4, and WAY better. You could also go for a PSN card and get Fat Princess.

If you've played the previous DMC then you'll know how DMC4 will be. I very much enjoyed DMC4 and its worth your money.
