Gamecube was awesome! Look at my Gamecube/Wii collection

Nice collection :)

I think you might even have a few more than me... but not by much. I beat your Wii collection though...

PS - the GC rocked. I was always very happy with it last gen. I bought a PS2 when it launched, but from the day I picked up the GC the PS2 got *zero* playtime (except for a couple of GT sessions with my revhead mates), and never got a title purchased (except maybe for GT4 which was a huge disappointment).

 Too long for internet chatrooms.

I'd just like to point out that if you accept his two "facts" as postulates, the logic still makes little sense as people do not suddenly want to buy the next thing really bad from someone who made something terrible last time. That's like saying, "Gee, Baker Bob's muffins were really terrible yesterday. I want to get me some more of his muffins to get the terrible taste out." What's much more likely to happen is, "Gee, Baker Bob's muffins were really terrible yesterday. I want to get me some of Baker Bill's muffins to get the terrible taste out."

If something is teh suxorz, people generally don't stick around and wait for more because, more likely than not, it will be more of teh suxorz.

This isn't normal logic.  This is fanboy logic.

I totally agree with you, but someone would just say this to your statement...

If baker bob's muffin's were always good in the past(NES, SNES, N64) and he made one bad batch(Gamecube) wouldn't you just try he next batch to see which way he goes....

I realize this is stretching it, but I'm just saying this is what someone could argue...

I think we are at the point that we need to realize that Avalach was being sarcastic. It's kind of sad that it was hard to tell. That means we are actually willing to believe someone would post something like that on this forum and be dead serious.

By that logic, we should have no more bowlers, only people who bowl!

Sorry, I know you are trying, but lame metaphor. Muffins are cheap, disposable, and may fluctuate in taste daily due to a wide variety of factors. If people bought only 1 muffin every 5 years for $200+, and then had to worry about which spreads would be compatable with that muffin, then you'd be on to something.

By the same logic, we should have no more hookers, only interns who work in the white house.
