Forums - Sony - inFamous gets Movie deal!

what would turn this movie idea from okay to epic is if they shot 2 movies (one as good cole and one as bad cole), and then have a 50/50 chance of which movie you end up seeing. xD

Around the Network

Needs a massive budget and alot of special effects to succeed

That would be awesome, although if you wanted to see both then it would be a pain if the 2nd time you went to see the film and you got the same one as you seen the first time lol

this movie could be great with a big enough budget even uwe boll couldn't f**k it up

next is going to be Gears , i bet.

You're making safe bets, it's already in the works

OT: Honestly, inFamous is one of a few games I think could work well as a movie, but like so many other things, there's a chance it will get fucked over.

Around the Network

Should I be worried about the choice in director?

Prediction:

TGS this year for PS3 will be amazing.

Grandia comes to PSN(PSone classic).

First Versus gameplay this year.

The Adventures Of Duane and Brando

it is? oh well... Resistance? i can imagine that turned into a movie.

This could turn out really good, Spiderman and Batman movies make millions, could this possibly make millions and sequels in the future?

I think inFamous could turn out as a good movie because unlike a lot of games made into movies, the story is actually decent. The only other games that are getting movie adaption or did that are known for good storytelling are Uncharted, Prince of Persia The Sands of Time, and Silent Hill.

AT LAST ALL SONY BRANCHES ARE WORKING TOGETHER!!

Ir really pissed me off when the God of War movie was announced because it was/is being made by a studio that supported HD-DVD, can you you imagine such an EPIC FAILURE. Now, the blu-ray is the winner so it doesnt really matter.

Sony needs to keep this work in order to promote their games, their movies, their music, etc, etc, etc.

The movie and the game will make a synergy; those who like the game will watch the movie and those who loved the movie will buy the game (just like it happens with Transformers, James Bond, and other franchises); making Sony to earn more money :D.

GO SONY!!!
