Forums - Gaming - msxbox-world : Splinter Cell Conviction going multi-platform?

this is why I hate this gen, folks always demanding they try to shoe horn 2player co-op/multiplayer where it isn't needed.

on topic, pc version confirmed? (why's everyone assuming it's ps3?)

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

PC version actually got de-confirmed. Now it's just 360.

No I mean re-confirmed...? I doubt ms will be happy to let this one go without some sort of a fight.

They were paid. That guarantees at least six months of timed exclusivity.

Unless they have some way to break the contract while still coming out ahead, I doubt this will happen.

Wouldn't bother me. As long as I still get to play it I'm cool.

No co-op in Splintercell? Blasphemy.

otjkij3okopko2krkv what?! i didn't know about that.

i think conviction will come to the ps3, but 6 months after the 360 release, thats just my prediction.

This is completely speculative with no firm basis in any fact based reporting. In other words, they're just trying to get hits. That's fine if that's how they want to run their site, but lets not add any undue credence to what is stated there.

The game isn't in development for the PS3 and Ubisoft stated one week ago that it isn't coming to the PS3, how much more clear does it have to be?
