Agrophobia is a serious thing and i had it before, if its proven that this kid is a dickhead then your free to say w/e but what puzzles me is how he complain about Agrophobia yet he managed to sue in a court (a public place filled with people) and he is practicing free speech on a forum instead which is text not speech.

Until more information comes out about it, how can you trust that his ban or whatever was a mistreatment? Sure, having perminent bans and crooked moderators is something that bugs me, but I'm doubtful that he would have gotten to that point of punishment without reason.

I don't think this is so much of defending a company as much as it is thinking that the whole case here is odd. If this guy was suing another company like Nintendo, Microsoft, or Valve I think people would find it just as weird as they do now.

I don't care if he has Agrophobia or not. Sueing sony because you got youself banned is one of the dumbest things ever. This kids lack of self control is his own problem, not Sonys. Sony was completely within their own rights based on the user agreement he agreed to. Sony is innocent until proven guilty. The kid doesn't have said legal protection from being called a dickhead without proof.

Also, he doesn't have to show up in court, he only needs to call a lawyer to do it for him.
